Courteney Cox and David Arquette trying to save their marriage with counselling

From the looks of things, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are making every effort to to repair their troubled marriage.

The pair were spotted last week entering a building that has several counselling offices inside.

Courteney 46, and David, 39, arrived at the building separately in Van Nuys, California, a middle class neighbourhood in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles.

Before heading inside the small medical facility, they met up at nearby Arnie’s Cafe & Pizzeria and grabbed a quick bite to eat first.

Wearing skinny black jeans, a black shirt and black flat shoes, a casually dressed Courteney left the cafe walking side-by-side with David who looked business like in khaki pants, a green jacket, white shirt and a tan coloured tie.

The Cougar Town actress split from David last year after 11-years of marriage.

A short time later, the Scream actor checked in for a stint in rehab to address ’alcohol and other issues.’

But Courteney has recently described how the couple are getting on better.

’He’s something else,’ she told talk show host David Letterman in a sit down interview last month.

’We are separated and David is sober now. We are getting a long great, it’s kind of the best we have ever been.’

Courteney added: ’I don’t know what’s going to happen, I’m sure this decision needs to be made at some point, we’re getting along so well, I hate to rock the boat.

’I think when we got married, we set a pretty good example of having a couple last in Hollywood for that long and I think if we don’t make it or either way, we are going to set an example of how you can really still... I love him more than anything in the world.’

In a surprisingly candid interview, the actress accused her estranged husband of being ’sex-obsessed.’

Last month in an appearance on Howard Stern’s radio show she said David became aroused even when he was comforting her about her dying father.

The former Friends star made the admission as she joined her estranged husband for a surprisingly candid interview.

It comes a day after the 41-year-old confirmed that she rejected the actor when he tried to sleep with her on a recent family holiday to Disney World.

Chloe Sims opens up about her childhood

In one of her earliest scenes on The Only Way Is Essex, Chloe Sims revealed she is a single mother.

The 29-year-old reality TV star has a six-year-old daughter Madison who she is bringing up after splitting with the child’s father, Matthew, shortly after her birth.

And Chloe knows better than most what it is like to be a child growing up with a single parent because when she was just three years’ old her mother walked out.

Chloe Sims has revealed how she was abandoned by her mother when she was just three years old

The promotions girl was raised by her father in Romford, Essex, and she doesn’t even remember the woman who brought her into this world.

Chloe told Reveal magazine: ‘I might have walked past her in the street before, and I could have brothers and sisters I don’t know about. All I know is she didn’t want to be my mum so she left.’

She added: ‘It’s a weird feeling knowing that I have a mum but not knowing who she is.’

Chloe Sims, seen here with her cousin Joey Essex, has found fame as part of the cast on The Only Way Is Essex but was shocked by the reaction of some viewers to her appearance

While she had a happy childhood her early teenage years were traumatic and Chloe was the victim of bullies who made fun of the way she looked.

She told the magazine: ‘I was called an alien and a stick insect. A group of girls told me I looked like I had Downs syndrome and were always threatening to beat me up.’

She says one boy even tried to set fire to her hair. But when Chloe was just 15 she won a modelling competition which not only gave her confidence but also stopped the bullying.

However, the mother-of-one is still not entirely comfortable in her own skin, and her insecurities have been heightened by nasty comments made by some viewers following her appearance on TOWIE.

She said: ‘I was expecting some hurtful comments after the first episode but nothing could prepare me for the thousands of people saying horrible things about the bits I feel most self-conscious about. It did make me cry.’

Chloe, who is currently single, also revealed how it was only after the birth of her daughter at the age of 23 that she began to turn to cosmetic enhancement.

But she says she doesn’t look much different to how she was as a 15-year-old teenager.

The reality star has undergone a breast augmentation taking her from a 34B to a 34DD, had Botox in her forehead and had her teeth whitened.

But she does regret having lip filler injections and said: ‘I only had fillers because I thought I was getting lines like my nan around her mouth. I realise it was a mistake, though, and won’t be doing it again.’

Her mouth is one of the areas that she feels the most insecure about and she said: ‘I haven’t felt happy with my teeth or my mouth my whole life, but I refused to wear braces when I was a teen in case I was bullied more.’
